Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you can not make your appointment time. We understand that emergencies and illness happens. We do have a cancellation list so if you can not make your appointment please let us know so we can accommodate someone else. If you miss or cancel your appointments frequently we will ask for a deposit to hold your appointment.

We guarantee the satisfaction of all of our products. If you do not like your product and you haven’t used a lot of it, you can come in and exchange it for something else.

Although we are child-friendly we do encourage you to try to not bring your children if you are having a time-consuming service done. If you need to bring your children please make sure you bring activities to keep them busy and try not to let them run around the salon as some of our clients are mothers themselves and are here to get away.

We strongly encourage you to call us and let us know. We pride ourselves in doing a great job always but sometimes there can be a miscommunication between the stylist/esthetician and client or you had a different vision in mind. We would always love the opportunity to remedy the situation and ensure you are completely satisfied.

Sharp Image Salon & Spa has a VIP program in place. For an annual fee of $50, you will be granted 10% off of all products and services including sales. You get a free paraffin hand treatment with your colour service. You get a weekly discounted rate for a wash and blow dry. We host an annual event to thank you, our loyal clients!
